Brass filter
Product model:BV 551
BV 551 brass filter, cylindrical pipe thread complies with IS0228 standard.
Product Highlights
1. Nominal pressure: Refers to the maximum allowable rated pressure that oil or water flow under 120C can withstand. No leakage or other abnormality is allowed in each part. Example: 125S 600W.O.G (C.W.P) Explanation: The 125 index refers to the pressure, and 600W.O.G means that when the water, oil and gas are operated at normal temperature, the valve seat bears a pressure of 600psi (42kgf / cm2). No shallow leakage is allowed.
2.W.O.G: Refers to water (WATER), oil (OIL), and gas (GAS).
3.C.W.P: Cold (COLD), working (WORKING), pressure (PRESSURE), refers to normal temperature (-28C ~ 65.6C) operating pressure.
4.S.W.P: steam (STEAM), work (WORKING), pressure (PRESSURE).
5. Pressure unit: Kgf / cm2, PSI (1eb / in2). For example: 1Kgf / cm '= 14.2233PSI 125PSI = 8.5Kgf / cm?
6. Flow coefficient Cv: when the temperature of the water flow is 60. At F (15.6C), after passing the valve, the pressure difference is maintained at 1eb / in2 (1PSI), and the number of gallons flowing per minute is the Cv value. Simply put, it is the water output per minute.
7. Condensation phenomenon: When the temperature of the fluid in the piping is lower than the atmospheric temperature outside the piping, water droplets will be generated on the outer wall surface of the piping. This phenomenon is called dew condensation.
8.Temperature and pressure gauge: PRESSURE TEMPERATURE RATING
