      Juhan Valve's W817 / 837 differential pressure valve is a fully automatic, hydraulic control valve. It is designed to maintain the pressure difference between the two pipelines to avoid pipeline pressure differences exceeding the system's tolerance range due to other valve actions or changes in demand. The valve will open when the differential pressure increases, and will close automatically when the differential pressure decreases.
         If the optional non-return feature is selected, when the reverse pressure is generated, the returned liquid will enter the upper air chamber to close the valve, preventing the liquid from returning.

Applications
        The differential pressure bypass valve can maintain the pressure difference of the flow through the centrifugal pump. No matter how the upstream supply or the downstream demand changes, the pressure difference can always be maintained within a certain range. By controlling the pressure difference across the centrifugal pump, the flow of the pump can be controlled.
 

      Install the W817/W837 differential pressure bypass valve in the circulating water system, as shown in the figure. It can ensure the pressure difference between the supply pipe and the return pipe, and no matter how the flow changes, how the supply pressure changes, the pressure difference between the two pipes is constant.
